Customer Review: Pretty good but with flaws

We bought this cleaner when the dog had some problem keeping her bodily fluids to herself.
This carpet cleaner uses hot tap water and soap to clean the carpets, it also comes with two different nozzles/brushes but I have only used the simplest of them. Overall the machine works pretty well, it saturates the carpet and it sucks up about 90% of the moisture.
It is pretty easy to use, and the results are usually pretty good.
The machine is in my opinion not perfect it has its drawbacks.
Its spray nozzle sometimes get clogged, I spent some time figuring out what was wrong when no water came out. The brush head also does not come apart and cannot be properly cleaned, also the hose cannot be cleaned and will have some mold growth. I read the other reviews here before buying it so I have kept it in check by running clean water trough it after each use and letting all the parts air dry before I put it away.
Conclusion:
Machine works pretty well but is hard to clean and maintain.
Tip: For pet-related stains dont use the chemical soap that comes with it, instead use a bio-enzyme solution with live culture. (Anti-icky-Poo is amazing) It will "eat" the bacteria and leave no stain or smell. A few hours later go over with clean water or thin soap solution (detergent) and the stain and smells will be gone for good.
